Man Lunch Monday / Girls Kayak Thursday

Jr and Sr High GUYS ONLY-
"Man Lunch Monday" starts THIS MONDAY, JUNE 22nd!
It begins at 11:30 and ends around 1:30. The cost is $3.00 for the meal. It will be held on the back porch.

Kayak Trip - Jr/Sr Gals ONLY, June 23rd, 9AM to 12:30"ish"-
Limited to the first 5 to sign up...You will be notified if you got a spot. DOn't worry, we are gonna do a lot of these this summer!

Bible Alive

Bible Alive is coming up very quickly.

We would love for you to come and serve if God puts that on your heart.

Bible Alive will begin July 7th- 10th from 8:45 to 12:30.

If you would like to help please contact Tina Lane at harleymomtina@aol.com.

Also, we will be having a mandatory youth meeting at 6:30 July 6th in the fellowship hall. That meeting is the day before Bible Alive begins. If you desire to help you must come to that meeting or you will not be allowed to help.

We are so excited to see God work through you as you serve at Bible Alive.

Take Trotter until it ends @ Beaverdam Dr. - turn right on Beaverdam.
We are the 4th house on the left - 733 Beaverdam Dr. (brick 2-story w/ black shutters).

***From the Magnolia Mall:
Turn onto Dunbarton (in front of Outback) until it ends @ Hoffmeyer Rd. - turn right on Hoffmeyer.
Take the first left onto Arbor Dr. (Grove Park subdivision).

Road Trip Summer Mission Project

Ready for a ROAD TRIP mission project?!

The first leg of the trip takes us to Alabama!
Our youth will be helping conduct inner city youth Bible Camps in Birmingham. Tracy and Mary Jo Hipps will assist in hosting the team. Along with taking part in youth ministry they will also learn first-hand about the ministry of Mission Birmingham. Experience will also be gained by visiting and working with several multi-cultural churches.

For the second part of the trip the youth will travel down to Florida!
In Orlando the team will be continuing youth ministry plus volunteering at Pioneers Ministries Headquarters. Along with work experiences the youth will spend time being exposed to the work of Wycliffe Bible Translators (this is the ministry I went with to Africa) and Campus Crusade for Christ. The group will attend Northland Community Church in Longwood while there. Visits are scheduled with Kathie Koerwer, John and Susan McGee (Bridges International), Don Richardson (noted missions author) and Campus Outreach’s Summer Project.

Each day there will be a time centered around the Bible and what it teaches us about missions.

COST IS $400.00 AND A $100.00 DEPOSIT IS DUE ON/BEFORE MAY 6TH.

*** We will have a parents meeting next Wednesday April 29th at 7:30. We will discuss upcoming Jr. High events plus Greg Stuckey will be there to answer any questions you may have about this summers mission trip.

Come out to another Saturday of Soccer and Ultimate Frizbee! Because the time has been so great and energetic, we will extend the time for Gameday!

Where: Mcleod FItness center in the field.
When: Saturday April 11th from 11:00am-2:00pm.
What: It's Soccer and Ultimate Frizbee! SO get out of bed! And come enjoy the sun!

Be prepared to play! And bring WATER!!! ALso, no crying, complaining or quitting!
